Ulric Import Export Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Ulric”) is a company incorporated under the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, registered on March 1, 2016, with the business registration number 2019540141 and the registered address 163 Edgehill Court NW, Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
Through years of cautious operation, Ulric has accumulated numerous partners and rich trading experience, with many strategic partners in Canada and overseas. The company has divided its core business into five sectors: South African Mine Development, South African Ore Trade, American Furniture R&D and Design, North American Lumber Trade, and Intellectual Property (IP) Services (including the application and registration of patents and trademarks, such as international brands Amor Vincit and Philly).
Through unremitting pioneering efforts and enterprising spirit, Ulric has gradually developed into a diversified modern enterprise integrating mineral investment, commodity trade, and furniture R&D and design.
